Refund Policy

How do I ask for a refund?

Eknons.com is your contact in connection with a Service Agreement and payment therefore as the commercial agent of the Supplier. If you wish to request a refund of the Booking Price outside of the cancellation policy, you may contact us. We will then contact the Supplier, and the Supplier will determine at its discretion whether to honor the refund request. A refund granted by the Supplier can be processed by the Supplier through us.   • You expressly agree to use the dispute resolution process in this agreement, expressly agree to be bound by its ruling and expressly agree not to initiate any chargeback request with your card issuer.
  • You understand and agree that you must provide payment information truthfully and update it immediately in the event of changes. The means of payment permitted for the Activity will be displayed to you in the order process. The terms and conditions of the payment service provider will apply. Your payment service provider may charge additional fees. You are required to confirm to us that you are authorized to use or have the right to use a payment method you select.
  • You understand and agree that in most cases, Posted Prices quoted are inclusive of all taxes and fees.  However, it is possible that additional local taxes or fees are levied locally.  If additional taxes or fees will be levied locally, this will be disclosed in the description of the Activity.

  • You understand and agree that the Posted Prices set by the Suppliers may be subject to special provisions, for example, with regard to cancellations and the refund of payments. You must independently check before booking whether the respective Supplier prescribes deviating conditions.
  • You understand and agree that certain types of services cannot be cancelled, please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific service.
  • You understand and agree that any refunds required to be processed in your favour will be returned only to the source of the original deposit, and cannot be redirected to any other payment source.
  • Once your refund has been processed, refunds can usually take up to 10 business days to appear on your bank statement, depending on the speed of your bank. Please contact us help@eknons.com  if you have any concerns.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at help@eknons.com.
  • If you initiate any chargeback request or other “Request for Information” or similar process, you expressly agree and consent to us to share any and all information in relation to your agreement of these terms and conditions, in order to defeat any such chargeback request.
  • If you have already initiated a chargeback request with your credit card issuer, you must not request a refund of funds by contacting us and must not seek double recovery.
  • If we reasonably determine, having considered all the relevant circumstances, that you have made an excessive or unreasonable number of requests to refund funds back to you or chargebacks, we may suspend, limit or close your Account.

Eknons.com is neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Once your refund has been processed, refunds can usually take up to 10 business days to appear on your bank statement, depending on the speed of your bank. Please contact us help@eknons.com  if you have any concerns.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@eknons.com     .

Please be aware that Eknons.com is bound by the cancellation terms and conditions of the Service Providers, so we will only be able to refund the amount that The Service Provider dictates as applicable to your cancelled services. Eknons.com might charge additional administration fees on the refunded amount.
