  • Be professional and friendly in all your communications.
  • Respond to communications in a timely manner, or give a limit for your answers.
  • Do not use rude, profane, or otherwise insulting language.
  • Do not share rude or sexually explicit text, photos, or videos.
  • Do not harass, bully, stalk, or threaten other online or in person.
  • Understand your customers’ needs, limitations, and goals to provide the best satisfying services.
  • Respect customers’ budgets and understand that Eknons.com’s main mission is to provide users with instant high-quality quality and flexible services.
  • Don’t practice high-pressure sales tactics, but instead you can professionally suggest alternative options if required.
  • Be open and transparent about the service.
  • Unless required for services purposes, please don’t ask or obtain information about gender, sexual preference, religion, or nationality.

  • Disclose clearly all services’ details, insurances, challenges, risks, obligations, requirements and precautions if any.
  • Do not describe, depict, request, advocate for, or encourage participation in prostitution, human trafficking, or any activities that are unethical, prohibited or illegal under local law.
  • Don’t participate in any fraud transaction such as but not limited to scamming, usage of Stolen credit cards, Fraudulent ticket cancellations, deal with or create fake services, hacking users databases and steal credentials, fictitious businesses & properties etc..
  • Don’t use fake or unrealistic information or images to attract customers.
  • You must be authentic, regularly update your public profile, ensure content integrity and represent only your business & yourself.
  • Do not use any material that is subject to trademark or copyright protection, without the express permission of the owner.
  • Don’t offer any incentives such as (monetary, upgrades, treatment, or otherwise) in return for reviews.
  • Do not attempt to connect with customers or ask to receive direct payment by other methods except Eknons.com channel.
  • Don’t invite or ask to meet in person with service buyers unless it is required by the service where you meet in business location, a public safe place and during appropriate timing.
  • Immediately report an fraud attack or suspicious behavior to help@eknons.com  
  • Any violations of Eknons.com fundamental policy will result in one or more actions, including removal of content, account suspension and/or permanent removal from the Eknons.com platform.

  • Clearly clarify your needs, limitations, and goals so service provider can offer the best services fits your expectations.
  • Don’t practice high-pressure barging, but instead, you can professionally ask for alternative option.

  • Unless required for services purposes, please don’t share information more than in your profile.
  • Obtain all the information about the services you buy in full details such as but not limited to insurances, challenges, risks, obligations, requirements and precautions if any.
  • When changes arise, you must notify the service seller immediately and understand that it may not be possible to accommodate significant and/or last-minute changes.

  • Eknons.com strive to create safe environment for payment transactions, therefore, please do not attempt to connect with or make a payment to services sellers outside Eknons.com platform, do keep close eye on your transactions history, review your account information regularly.
  • Do not share your personal financial information, such as credit card numbers directly with services sellers on or offline.
  • Protect your account with strong credentials.
  • Take a few minutes to do some research and review the service details before clicking the “buy” button.           
  • Don’t meet in person with service sellers unless it is required. As such please take all the possible security measures, meet only in business locations or public places, meet during appropriate timing, let someone know where you go, and try to have a companion if possible.
